Common Issues

My draft didn’t save

Drafts save automatically as you type. If something didn’t save:

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Refresh the page - your latest auto-save should still be there.
  3. If you’re on the Free plan, remember that only 1 draft is saved at a time.

Export isn’t working

  • Make sure your vows have content before exporting.
  • Try a different browser if the download doesn’t start.
  • If the issue persists, email us with your browser name and version.

Page is loading slowly

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Try a different browser or device.
  • Check if your internet connection is stable.
